ProjectScotland, the charity that helps young people get on in life through volunteering, has welcomed Raymond O'Hare as chairman.

He joins the board from a successful background involved in a number of high-level roles with UK, European, and US-based companies and government initiatives. His previous roles include director of Microsoft Scotland and chairman of the Institute of Directors.

Dominic Scullion of Anderson Strathern’s dispute resolution department has become one of the youngest solicitor advocates in Scotland. The addition of the 28-year-old has taken the number of solicitor advocates at the firm to seven. Scullion already has a significant sheriff court, Sheriff Appeal Court and Court of Session practice and specialises in insurance and health and safety litigation, commercial litigation and public law. He is also experienced in conducting fatal accident inquiries for the Scottish Prison Service.
