Burst pipe forces chef into new restaurant
Steven Adair, chef and owner of The Glasshouse at Eskmills, Musselburgh, moved his business to St Giles Street, off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh, because a burst pipe on 2 February wrecked his restaurant.
The Glasshouse was Adair's first solo venture after working at The Tower at the Museum of Scotland and The Gallery in the Weston Link. He also cooked for the Queen's 80th birthday.
