Go-ahead for services plan
More than £140,000 would be invested in creating a Linlithgow Partnership Centre in the High Street.
The building will include a relocated Linlithgow library and new offices for Lothian and Borders Police.

West Lothian Council are expected to give the green light on Tuesday to seeking planning permission and building warrants.
