New business development planned for Gyle
The 1.69-hectare development will be situated on the south side of South Gyle Crescent at the former Pentad site.
It is the first speculative industrial development of its kind for the Capital since 2008.

Hide AdAbout 52,400 square feet of modern industrial units will be created in four terraces under the first two phases of the project.
Up to 20 per cent of floor space can be used for trade and retail, with the remainder split between general industrial, storage and distribution.
The first stage of the development is due to be completed in spring next year.
