Letter: Jumbled jargon

The Big Society and Curriculum for Excellence: is any one able to explain in one sentence what either of these two policies mean? Can we please put all the blue-sky word buzzers out to green grass so that money can used for councils to provide teachers to ensure no more is wasted on smoke, mirrors and meaningless language.
