Letter: Stepping up
PETER Jones (Perspective, 9 August) makes a good case for the difficulties being experienced in Spain, explaining why "small but powerful regional government does not always lead to better government".
I trust that he will, therefore, follow his own logic and join with those of us who wish to see Scotland having its own national, independent, government capable of making the whole range of decisions in the interests of the people of this country.
