Video: reaction to polls closing in Glasgow

Glasgow city centre was awash with colour as anticipation mounted following the closure of the polls in the Scottish independence referendum.

Voters congregated in the city’s George Square and nearby pubs to await the result which is expected to be announced after 6am this morning.
