Restaurant's hot winter dining deal
West Lothian College's Terrace Restaurant, staffed by hospitality students, is also offering an extra incentive for restaurant-goers to beat the winter blues with a freeze on VAT increase.
The Terrace Restaurant is an on-site training restaurant. The students are strictly supervised by staff in the planning, cooking and serving of dishes and the restaurant is open to students, staff and members of the public for both lunches and evenings meals.
Bob Prentice, sector leader at West Lothian College, said: "We have an extremely high calibre of students. Many over the years have won or been shortlisted for prestigious cooking competitions."
