Student flats firm offers cash support
Six students joining the university in the 2012/2013 academic year will receive free accommodation at UNITE’s Portsburgh Court for the duration of their study, as well as £3000 per year towards living expenses.
The bursaries will be targeted at UK students from outside Scotland who are from disadvantaged backgrounds. The students, who will be selected by the university, will be among the first to be affected by increased tuition fees.
