Heartlands access to M8 motorway opened

First-year pupils at Whitburn Academy joined Keith Brown MSP, minister for transport and veterans, as he officially opened the privately-funded Junction 4a of the M8 at the £650 million Heartlands business, retail, housing and leisure development earlier today.
