Autocorrect sees fan get Juventus ‘Pitlochry’ kit
Spare a thought, then, for this football fan, who wanted to buy a Juventus shirt with the name and number of La Vecchia Signora’s talismanic midfielder Andrea Pirlo on the back.
James, an Everton fan, was cast down by the curse of autocorrect when ordering the strip online through his iPhone.

As you might have guessed, James now owns a Juventus shirt with ‘Pitlochry 21’ on the back of it.
He said on Twitter: “School boy error. When ordering Stephen’s Juventus kit and wanted Pirlo and my phone autocorrected to Pitlochry!”
He later tweeted to a pal: “Apparently it’s a nice little village in Scotland! Hahaha!”
