Pressley backs Spartans bid

STEVEN Pressley last night backed Spartans effort to become Scotland's new senior club, it was reported today.

The former Hearts favourite said he has been blown away by the new base the Edinburgh side have built to replace their run-down City Park home, according to the back pages.

Pressley reportedly said it is just the sort of facility needed to bring on players to improve the game.

Jones: Judge Mixu on next season
