Highland League: Russell Duncan’s debut washed out
The derby between Brora Rangers and Wick Academy was abandoned at the break due to high winds at Dudgeon Park.
Unlucky Duncan, snapped up from Ross County as a trialist for Brora, saw his debut swept away as a result. There was no change at the league summit, with Cove Rangers’ home tie against Fraserburgh postponed by the gales just 45 minutes before kick-off.

Hide AdBuckie Thistle entertained Lossiemouth but this tie also fell foul of the weather. Huntly did manage to host Keith in one of only two games to go ahead. A Cammy Keith double and one from Jonathan Smith sealed the win, with Pat Vigurs getting a consolation for the home side.
Strathspey notched only their third win of the season after a 1-0 victory at Rothes. Gavin Chisholm struck in first-half injury time to seal it for the Jags.
