Poyet prepared to go to court over sacking
The former Chelsea midfielder lost an appeal against the decision on 16 July, but does not expect that will be the end of the matter.
Poyet told Sky Sports’ Goals On Sunday programme: “There are several reasons but this will probably go to court because I totally disagree with every allegation and accusation the club has put on me. I will take action because I think it’s important for me. I’m quite confident and relaxed but I hope we will go to court because it is the best way for the truth to come out.”

A spokesman for the club was not immediately available for a response to Poyet’s comments.
