Rangers, meanwhile, secured a straight forward 2-0 win over Livingston afterwards to open up a six-point lead at the top. Just behind them Aberdeen and Hibs continue to put distance between themselves and the rest of the league.
For hearts and Hibs, attention turns Saturday’s Scottish Cup semi final at Hampden Park, while the Old Firm are in European action once more, Celtic travelling to Lille a few days before their semi final with Aberdeen. Rangers host Polish side Lech Poznan.

1. Ajer refutes Lennon's confidence claim
Celtic defender Kristoffer Ajer believes the team’s failure is not solely down to the defence. The Norwegian was part of a back four which conceded three to Aberdeen on Sunday. Ex-Celtic attacker Kris Commons has labelled defender Shane Duffy an “accident waiting to happen”.
