Laing left to fly Scottish flag as amateurs lead card chase
A fourth-round 73 at Al Maaden in Marrakech gave Laing a six-under total and a share of 26th spot in her bid to finish in the top 30 and ties.
The field has been reduced to the leading 60 and ties for the final circuit, with Heather MacRae (73) suffering the agony of missing out by a single shot on level-par. The race also ended for Katy McNicoll (69), Pamela Feggans (73) and Kelsey MacDonald (76) after they all finished on two-over for 72 holes.
