Hibs: You're the Boss

DAVIE HUTCHISON says Hibs must persevere to attempt to bring European football to Easter Road and the Lochend Hibby thinks greater hunger is required.

What would your team and formation be? I would love to make changes but, unfortunately, this is probably the best team we've got. They can play better than they have been – attitude is the issue.

What are Motherwell's strengths and weaknesses? Appointing Craig Brown was a great move. I had my doubts but he has pushed them up the table. They have gone off the boil a wee bit lately but Tom Hateley and John Sutton are the ones to watch.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? It really depends on what is said in the dressing room beforehand and whether John Hughes has what it takes to get this group of players back to winning ways. On paper we should beat this Motherwell team and that's what Yogi has to drill into the players.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? I thought we'd cracked it against Hearts but obviously not. Consistent play for 90 minutes with every player giving 100 per cent is all we ask for. Why the players seem unable to give us that after such a great start to the season is a mystery.
