New age-grade selectors to spot Scots talent
The selectors will work closely with the coaching teams at Scotland Under-20, Under-18, Under-17 and Under-16 levels.
Henry Edwards, Scottish Rugby’s head of coach development, said: “The selectors have been appointed to support our coaches in identifying suitable players to be part of our national age-grade squads. We will also continue to tap in closely to our network of regional academy coaches, working with our schools and clubs around the country, as well as with exile players via our exiles structure.”
